Organising reunions for LEADER Local Action Groups (LAG) in within the framework of the Action Plan of the European Network for Rural Development 2014-2020

For this contract SMART Integration organized the reunions for the Leader LAG (Local Action Group) meetings in the framework of the National Rural Development Network 2014-2020 Action Plan.

Results
Organizing at least 12 events, maximum 24 events dedicated to a number of minimum 1380 participants, maximum 2760.

Context of the project
The European Network for Rural Development (ENRD) serves as a hub for exchange of information on how Rural Development policy, programmes, projects and other initiatives are working in practice and how they can be improved to achieve more.
LEADER is a local development method which has been used for 20 years to engage local actors in the design and delivery of strategies, decision-making and resource allocation for the development of their rural areas.

Main objective of the project consists in supporting ENRD in achieving the common strategic objectives and tasks mentioned in Article 54 of Regulation (EC) 1305/2013 and in Chapter 17, NPRD 2014-2020.
